Get Beautiful skin the Traditional Chinese Way!

Today we strain and use our facial muscles more than we think. When we squint at our phones and computer screens for extended periods of time or when clench our jaws due to stress. Yet we don't seem to give our facial muscles as much attention, for using them on a daily basis. Facial Tui Na

Facial Tui Na (pronounced "twee nah" )
is a style of Chinese Medical massage done on the face that involves different techniques such as pulling, rolling, pinching. It is very gentle and relaxing when done on the face.
This is a great addition to any acupuncture treatment or a stand alone service skin health and stress relief.

Today we use our facial muscles more than we think and don't give them quite as much attention

Facial Acupuncture

Facial acupuncture helps to tighten skin and decrease wrinkles by stimulating blood flow and increasing the production of collagen and elastin.
This style of acupuncture uses the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System involving the insertion of acupuncture needles into the face, neck, and body and along with other Traditional Chinese Medical modalities.  This helps reduce the visible signs of aging and also helps reduce stress in the body.

 Gua Sha

Gua meaning to scrap or rub and Sha meaning to create redness.
together it "scrapes away illness" .
This technique is great for muscle pain and releasing heat & inflammation.
A more gentle technique is done on the face. Great to relieve tension and wonderful for relaxation & stress relief.
